Ballroom Xplosion Ticket Refund Policy

Thank you for your support of Ballroom Xplosion!
Please note the following regarding ticket purchases:

All ticket sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date, if applicable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest.
Ticket transfers must be completed by the ticket holder directly through the ticket platform where the original purchase was made.
